Required
- Gerber or ODB++ — all layers, plus drill files
- Layer count and the stackup you want, or let us propose one
- BGA pitch and package types on the board
- Board size, thickness and material preference
- Quantity and required delivery date
- Acceptance class: IPC-6012 Class 2 or Class 3
Helpful
- Impedance requirements and the target stackup model
- Via type per area: microvia, blind, buried, stacked, via-in-pad
- Surface finish: ENIG, OSP, immersion silver, immersion tin
- Panel or array requirements, and any tooling already paid for
- Your target market, if certifications are part of the programme
